The project consists of the conversion and extension to the existing barn to form four luxury dwellings. Ashley Integrated Services have been commissioned to carry out the detailed design and installation of the M&E services consisting of underfloor heating, domestic hot & cold water, ventilation, above ground drainage, sprinkler system, general & emergency lighting, small power, data, CCTV, fire alarm, intruder alarm and door entry system. In addition to the above services we have also proposed a photovoltaic (PV) system, which is to be mounted on the roof of one of the dwellings to help reduce electrical consumption and assist in achieving compliance with Part L SAP calculation.
