The project consists of the refurbishment and extension of the existing Grade ll Listed clubhouse to form a new function room, sports bar, café and golf store. A raised wooden terrace area is being added at the back of the building to form a seating area, which allows views of the 18^th green. Ashley Integrated Services are commissioned to carry out the detailed design of the M&E services consisting of air conditioning, domestic hot & cold water, ventilation, above ground drainage, general & emergency lighting, small power, data, CCTV, fire alarm, intruder alarm and door entry system. In addition to the above services we are also co-ordinating the upgrade of the existing incoming utility supplies, liaising closely with the relevant utility providers throughout the works.
