The new build residential development consists of 42 individual dwellings, (36 houses and 6 apartments), which are available for either affordable rent or shared ownership through One Vision Housing Association. Ashley Integrated Services were commissioned to carry out the detailed design and installation of the M&E services consisting of heating, plumbing, ventilation, lighting, small power and fire alarm.
