The project consists of the refurbishment and re-modelling of the existing property to form 11No. luxury apartments with car parking and landscaped garden to the rear. The development is on the edge of the Grade 1 historic park Sefton Park, which is located in south Liverpool. Ashley Integrated Services have been commissioned to carry out the detailed design and installation of the M&E services consisting of electric heating, domestic hot & cold water, ventilation, above ground drainage, general & emergency lighting, small power, data, CCTV, fire alarm and door entry system. In addition to the above services we also carried out works in relation to the utility supplies, which consisted of organising the disconnections of existing supplies, carrying out load assessments and making applications for the new incoming supplies.
