The Steel is a purpose built student accommodation development comprising of 29 modern self-contained studio apartments along with a communal laundry room and external bike store. The development is on the edge of the Georgian Quarter area of Liverpool City Centre and is within walking distance to the two main Universities. Ashley Integrated Services were commissioned to carry out the detailed design and installation of the M&E services consisting of domestic hot & cold water, ventilation, above ground drainage, general & emergency lighting, small power, data, CCTV, fire alarm and door entry system.
